Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 14.5 oz. can Hunts diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
- 1 6 oz. can Hunt's tomato paste
- 12 oz. (about 3 /12 cups)penne pasta cooked according to pkg. directions
- 3 c.(12 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Step 1
Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet until beef is crumbled and no longer pink; drain.
Stir in diced tomatoes and tomato paste and 1/2 c. water.
Season to taste; heat through.
Coat a 13x9 inch baking dish with PAM No Stick Cooking Spray.
Combine cooked pasta with meat-tomato mixture, and 2 cups Mozzarella.
Pour into baking dish; top evenly with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 oven for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
