- 1 C COCONUT
- 4 EGGS
- 1 t VANILLA
- 1/2 C FLOUR
- 8 T BUTTER
- 1/4 t NUTMEG

Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*
COMBINE ALL EXCEPT NUTMEG IN BLENDER AND MIX WELL. POUR INTO GREASED AND FLOURED PIE PLATE. SPRINKLE NUTMEG ON TOP. BAKE 45 MINUTES.
