Corny Cornbread

Ingredients

• 2 pkg Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
• 2 eggs
• 1 can (12 oz) cream style corn
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 tsp lemon juice
• 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• jalapeno pepper - chopped fine (Optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375, grease 9x13 baking dish.

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake 25 - 30 minutes. Let cool before removing from pan.
