Spinach Salad

Ingredients

• 2 strips of bacon
• 2 T. sugar
• 1 T. red wine vinegar
• 2 T. ketchup
• 1 T. Worcheshire sauce
• 2 hard boiled eggs
• Bunch fresh spinach
• Fresh mushooms
• Red onion

Preparation

Step 1

Fry bacon and remove them from pan. Add ingredients to grease and heat for a minute. Pour over spinach, egg, bacon. Add fresh mushrooms and red onion. Serve immediately.
