Ingredients
- 1 lb lean beef stew meat, cut into cubes
- 4 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 16 oz nonfat yogurt
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 package (12 oz) egg noodles, uncooked
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Place beef, mushrooms, onion, garlic, paprika and beef broth in a slow cooker and cook on LOW 7-8 hours.
Mix yogurt and mustard and stir into slow cooker until well blended. Stir in noodles and cook approximately one hour or cook noodles as directed on package and add just before serving.
Sprinkle with parsley when serving.
