Pink Lady Cake, Strawberry Cake

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 1 box white cake mix
• 1 small pkg strawberry jello
• 1/3 c. hot water
• 3 eggs
• 1/3 c. oil
• 3/4 c. frozen straberries, thawed and chopped
• Icing:
• 1 box powdered sugar
• 1/2 stick butter
• 1/4 c. strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Mix jello and hot water together until dissolved. Empty mix into bowl, making a well in center then add jello mixture and mix.
Bake 350 for 25-35 minutes. Cool, makes 2 round cakes.

Icing: Mix together, you may need more sugar.

Ice center of bottom cake, place sliced strawberries on icing. Put second layer on and finish icing cake.
