Spinach Salad

Ingredients

• Dressing:
• 3 tbsp. vinegar
• 2 tbsp. honey or sugar
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
• dash Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 pkg. fresh spinach, washed
• 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms
• 6 slices bacon, crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dressing. Assemble salad ingredients in a bowl. Pour dressing over salad and mix to toss. Serve.
