  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts
  • 2 lbs rhubarb
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

combine flour, oats, sugar and salt in a bowl. stir in butter and hazelnuts; squeeze into large crumbles and place in the freezer. toss rhubarb, sugar flour, vnilla , orange zest and salt in an 8x8 inch bakig dish. scatter the crumble on top and bake i a preheated oven- 375- until golden brown and bubbly , 45 minutes. let cool 15 minutes; serve with whipped cream
