Ingredients
- 4 quarts water
- 8 1/2 lemons
- 3 qts onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp Worchestshire sauce
- 2 Tbsp cayenne pepper
- 2 cups white wine
- 9 Tbsp salt
- 5 lbs. shrimp

Preparation
Step 1
Bring all ingredients (except shrimp) to a boil. Add shrimp and continue boiling for 15 minutes. Pour water out. Let shrimp sit to steam for 5 minutes.
