Ingredients

  • 1 3 lb. rump roast
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 Tbsp dried onion flakes
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 buns, toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Put roast into crock pot with all other ingredients, except toasted buns. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Take meat out, shred and return to pot. Serve on buns.
