    shallot

    cloves garlic

    sprig rosemary

    sprig thyme

    bay leaf

    t kosher salt

    T butter

  • 3

    T flour

  • 4

    cups chicken broth

Directions

1. Remove turkey from roasting pan and place on stove with drippings remaining on med-high heat. 2. Add shallot, garlic, rosemary, thyme, bay leaf, and salt and pepper to pan; cook until shallot is tender. 3. Add chicken broth and scrape pan for drippings; bring to a boil. 4. Thicken with butter/flour or cornstarch; boil until thick and add any additional seasoning to taste.
