Ingredients
- 4 (5 oz.) fish filets
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- Butter-flavored cooking spray
- 3/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. milk

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Rinse thawed catfish in cold water and pat dry with towels. Coat a rimmed baking pan with nonstick, butterflavored cooking spray. Place pecans in a shallow dish. In another shallo"v dish, combine milk, egg and mustard. Dip catfish in milk mixture, turning to coat, and then roll in pecans to coat. Place catfish on baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Bake 1 0 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
