Fresh wraps with Saucy Pork
- 2 tbsp each bbq sauce and hoisin
- 1 tbsp chili-garlic sauce
- 1 tsp soy
- 1/4 tsp dark sesame
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 2 green onions or 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 avocado or 1/4 cucumber
- 8 med. flour tortillas or small pitas
1. Preheat oven to 500. Line sheet with foil and spray. Combine sauces and oil, slice pork in half and then slice thinly. Stir with sauce.
2. Spread in single layer on sheet and bake 7-8 min.
3. Combine ingredients in tortillas and serve.
