Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 5-7 apples thinly sliced
• 1 (9 oz) package yellow cake mix
• 2 T sugar & 1 T cinnamon mixed together
• 1 stick real butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat to 350
Spray 9X13 pan
Cut apple slices crosswise in half
Layer on botton of pan
Sprinkle with dry cake mix
Sprinkle sugar mixture over cake mix
Drizzle with butter
Bake 35-45 min or till bubbly and topping is golden brown
Serve warm with ice cream
