- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 c butter, melted (1 stick)
- 1/4 c crushed cornflakes
- 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
- 2 T buttermilk ranch dressing (dry)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Place the butter in a wide, shallow bowl.
In another wide, shallow bowl, combine the cornflakes, cheese and
buttermilk ranch dressing mix. Dip the chicken in butter, and then roll in
the cornflake mixture to coat. Place in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-45 min. until crispy brown.
