Ingredients
- 1 pkg (32oz) frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 T minced onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 lb cheddar cheese (cut into small pieces)
