Ingredients
- 1 package Taco Seasoning
- 4 (4) ounce boneless/skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup salsa (mild, medium or hot)
- 1/4 cup non-fat sour cream
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Put chicken and taco seasoning in a plastic bag
Shake Well
Place in Casserole dish (spray with a non-stick, non-fat spray)
Bake for 25 minutes
Top with salsa
Bake for an additional 5 minutes
Top with Sour Cream
