Ingredients
- Sauce:
- One 8 oz Can of Tomato Sauce
- 1 Cup of Chopped Onion
- 1/2 Cup of Water
- 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice
- 3 Tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp of Oil
- 2 Tbsp of Mustard
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp of Black Pepper
- Ingredients for Kabobs
- Unsweetened Pineapple Chunks
- 1 lb of Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 Medium Green Pepper, Cut into bite size chunks
- 1 Medium Onion, Cut into bite size chunks
- Cooked Rice

Preparation
Step 1
Combine Sauce ingredients.
Form Kabobs using Pineapple Chunks, Shrimp, Green Pepper, and Onion.
Grill Kabobs using sauce as a baste until Kabobs are golden brown. Serve with Rice.
