Ingredients
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt fresh pepper to taste
- 1 pork tenderloin sliced into 1/2 inch medallions
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup sliced white mushrooms
- 3/4 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary

Preparation
Step 1
mix flour with salt and pepper
and dredge pork slices
saute pork 3 to 5 min per side
remove add mushrooms and cook 5 min
pour broth and bring to boil
return pork cook 5 min turn off heat and mix sour cream and rosemary
season with salt and pepper
