Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt fresh pepper to taste
  • 1 pork tenderloin sliced into 1/2 inch medallions
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced white mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary

Preparation

Step 1

mix flour with salt and pepper
and dredge pork slices
saute pork 3 to 5 min per side
remove add mushrooms and cook 5 min
pour broth and bring to boil
return pork cook 5 min turn off heat and mix sour cream and rosemary
season with salt and pepper
