Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon rind
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup light cream

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs until thick and lemon color.Gradually add sugar,continue beating until mixture is thick.Add ermaining ingredients and blend.pour into freezer tray.Freeze until mushy.Turn into chilled bowl.Beat until fluffy.Freeze firm.
