Ingredients
- 1/2 kg prawns
- 2 large mangos diced
- zest 2-3 limes and juice
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp brown or palm sugar
- 1-2 long red chillies finely chopped or to taste
- 1 bunch coriander
- 1 bunch mint
- bean sprouts mung or alfalfa
- deed fried shallots (garnish)
- avocado (optional- garnish)

Preparation
Step 1
Arrange peeled prawn with tails intact, mango, sprouts and herbs on a platter
Mix all other ingredients together drizzle over salad.
Sprinkle deep fried shallots over salad, avocado slices can be placed on top also
