- 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
- Salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook spinach according to pkg. directions, when done - press spinach until all water is removed. Combine all other ingredients thoroughly.
