Hoisin Glazed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger; grated
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro (fresh); chopped

Step 1

Heat oven to 375°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil.
Sprinkle chicken with salt. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over
medium-high heat until hot. Cook chicken 6 minutes or until browned,
turning once, Place, skin side up, on baking sheet' bake 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine hoisin sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, and ginger in small
bowl. Reserve half. Brush remaining sauce over chicken; bake an additional
8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Spoon
reserved sauce over chicken' sprinkle with cilantro.
