Ingredients

    cup plain bread crumbs

  • 1/3

    cup red onion; chopped

    egg; beaten

    tablespoon mayonnaise

    tablespoon seafood seasoning

    teaspoon worcestershire sauce

  • 1

    teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/4

    teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1/4

    teaspoon ground mustard

    ounce canned crab meat; drained, flaked

Directions

Combine first ten ingredients; blend well. Fold in crabmeat. Shape into six three inch patties. Cook in oil over medium-high heat until deep golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
