Ingredients
- 1 pound any fish steak or fillet
- 5-1/2 oz hot-style tomato juice
- 1 medium tomato
- 2 tablespoon onion; chopped
- 2 tablespoon green pepper; chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
In small saucepan, comine tomato juice, tomato, onion, green pepper and
lemon juice. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 12
minutes or until sauce thickens and is reduced to 1 cup.
Place a rack in a skillet with a tight fitting lid. Add water until it
almost reaches the rack. Bring water to boiling.
Place fish on the rack. Cover pan and steam fish for 6 - 8 minutes for
steaks, 4 - 6 minutes for 1/2 inch thick fillets or until fish flakes
easily with a fork. Carefully transfer fish to a serving platter and pour
sauce over.
