Ingredients
- 9 inch Pie Shell
- 6 cups apples
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon apple pie spice
- 4-5 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 Tablespoons butter
- CRUMB TOPPING
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Details

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients for the pie and mix with the apples.
Fill the pie shell with the mixture
Mix all topping ingredients together.
Spread mixture over the top of the pie
Bake at 400 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes.
Serve warm or chilled.
same for just apple pie, put top crust and make slits it pie crust and bake 425 for 50-60 minutes
