Ingredients
- Pork:
- 4 lb. pork roast
- 1 c. mild salsa
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. 7-up
- Creamy Lime Dressing:
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
- 1 T. green salsa verde
- 1/8 t. Tabasco sauce
- 1/3 bunch cilantro
- 2 minced cloves of garlic
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. buttermilk
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- Salad:
- Tortillas
- Lettuce
- Rice
- Beans
- Tomatoes
- Parmesan cheese
- Cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Pork: Cook in crock-pot for 5-7 hours with all ingredients. When done, shred pork,. Serve with torilla, lettuce, rice, beans, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, cilantro, etc. Pour Creamy Lime Dressing over top.
Dressing: Combine all ingredients and mix well.
