Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 3 oz Cream Cheese
• 14 oz Eagle Brand sweetened condensed mil
• 2-1/2 cups strawberries; fresh or frozen
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/2 pint Whipping Cream; whipped

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare coconut pie crust. Mash or puree strawberries. In large bowl, beat
cheese until fluffy; beat in Eagle Brand; add strawberries and lemon juice.
Fold in whipped cream. Pout into coconut crust. Freeze 4 hours or until
firm.
