Aimee's Pork Rub

• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon yellow curry
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
