- 1 pint chocolate gelato or ice cream
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 30mins
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line parchment paper in two loaf pans and lightly spray with no-stick cooking oil.
Leave gelato or ice cream at room temperature until almost fully melted. Pour into a large mixing bowl. Add in cake flour and baking powder. Mix until no flour lumps remain.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
