Ingredients
- Olive oil
- Garlic clove
- 1/2 sm. can tomato paste
- 1/2 pt. cream
- 1 tbsp. basil and or oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- A little cayenne pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg. cooked fresh tortellini

Preparation
Step 1
Saute garlic in olive oil; add tomato paste and slightly warm. Whisk in cream until mixture is smooth along with all other ingredients. Serve over tortellini.
Variations: Add 1/2 package thawed frozen peas or crumbled bacon or whatever. Good for after practice because it is easy and quick.
