Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tblsp grated parmensan cheese
- 4 pork chops
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in ziploc bag. Add chops one at a time and shake to coat. Heat oil in skillet and cook chops until brown on both sides. Remove chops from skillet and reduce heat. Blend soup and milk in the skillet, stirring to scrape up the bits of breading. Bring to a gentle boil and return chops to skillet. cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
