Laura’s Spinach Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1/2 c. oil
• 2 T. vinegar
• 1 med. garlic clove
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 4 strips bacon, fried crisp

Preparation

Step 1

Blend in blender the mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Before serving, stir well and drizzle over top of salad. Toss. Put crumbled bacon on top of salad.
