- 1/4 cup apple cider
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon apple-cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
- 2 teaspoons chopped shallot
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
