Ingredients
- 1 C Virgin Dark Olive Oil (Chipotle)
- 3 T Old Bay seasoning
- 1 t Garlic Powder
- dash of Salt
- couple of dashes of Pepper
- 1/2 t Crushed Red Pepper
- ~ 2 lbs Hog Fish

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients all together and add fillets. Let marinate for 1 hour at room temperature in a shallow bowl or dish. Keep flipping and coating. Put fish in a grill basket and put on medium grill with lid closed. Turn 1 time about 5 minutes on each side (give or take...depends on thickness).
