- 4 -6 lb ribeye fat trimmed to 1/4
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 2 cloves
- 1 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp rosemanr
- black pepper and sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
remove beef from ref 1/2 hr before cooking
prehet oven 425
press above ingrediant into meat, save 1 tsp of oil
eat rest of oil in large skillet on medium high.
brown roast thoroughly on all sided
transfer roast in to shallow roasting pan
cook 35-40 minutes medium rare.
REMOVE AND TENT WITH FOIL - LET REST FOR 15 MINUTES
