Sausage Hashbrown Bake

Ingredients
- 2 lb. pork sausage
- 2 C. cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 C. sour cream
- 8 oz. French onion dip
- 1 C. chopped onion
- 1/4 ¼ C. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 ¼ C. chopped red pepper
- 30 oz. thawed frozen hash browns

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage. Combine 1 ¾ C. cheese and all ingredients but hashbrowns. Fold in hashbrowns. Spread half into greased shallow 3 qt. baking dish. Top with sausage, then add rest of hashbrowns. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
COVER and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
