Ingredients

  • 8 cups tortilla chips
  • 4 cups shredded cooked pork
  • 1-1/2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
  • pickles
  • red onions

Preparation

Step 1

1. Spread chips on rimmed baking sheet or in a shallow dish.

2. Bring barbecue sauce and water to a simmer. add shredded pork, heat through.

3. Top tortilla chips with pork and cheese, then bake at 475 deg. in the upper third of the oven until melted, about 5 min.

4. Top with pickles and red onion.
