GARLIC CHEDDAR CHICKEN (Joyce Tite)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 4 ea cloves garlic
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (fresh)
  • 1-1/2 c. cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 t. each: dried parsley, dried oregano, black pepper
  • 1/8 t. salt
  • 8 Skinless chicken breasts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over to 350*
1. Melt Butter & garlic over low heat. Cook til tender. about 5 min
2. Mix bread crumbs, cheddar cheese,parsley,oregano,pepper & salt.
3. Dip chicken breast into butter/garlic to coat, then press in bread crumb mixture.
4. Arrange in 9x13 baking dish, Drizzle with remaining butter and top w.remaining crumb mixture.
5. Bake 30 min or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
