Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh large mushrooms
- 1/2 pound pork sausage
- 1/4 cup chopped onion, sautéed
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- a few drops of Tabasco sauce
- garlic salt
- 8 ounces cream cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Wash and stem mushrooms; bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Wipe out moisture with paper towel. Brown sausage. Add onion and drain grease on paper towel. Add remaining ingredients. Stuff mushrooms. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Note: May be prepared the day before.
