Ingredients
- 8 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup craisins
- 3 T canola oil
- 3 T seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 T sugar
- 1/4 cup sunflower seed kernels
- 3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled (I used Hormel bacon bits)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine broccoli, onions, and craisins in large bowl.
In a small bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, and sugar; drizzle over broccoli and toss to coat.
Chill until serving. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and bacon.
