Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds fresh mushrooms, sliced lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • seasoning salt crazy jane

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet saute mushrooms in butter until brown.
Sprinkle with seasoning add worcestershire sauce and simmer until almost all sauce is absorbed by mushrooms.
Add brandy and continue simmering until mushrooms are
tender.
