Ingredients
- 1 teas. salt
- 1/4 teas. black pepper
- 1/8 teas. cayenne pepper
- 3 to 4 pounds pork butt
- 3 Tbls. butter
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbls. molasses
- 1 Tbls. paprika

Step 1
Combine salt, pepper and cayenne. Rub over pork butt. Place pork in slow cooker and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until meat is done and tender.
For sauce, melt butter in 2 quart saucepan. Add ketchup, pineapple juice, brown sugar, molasses and paprika, boil for 5 minutes.
Remove pork and drippings from slow cooker. Discard drippings. On a cutting board, pull apart the meat. Return the pork to the slow cooker. Pour in the sauce and stir. Cook on low for 1 hour.
Serve on buns. Yummmmmm!!!!
