- 35 % cream
- Salt & Pepper
- tobasco
- worcestershire
- butter
- Chicken stock

Preparation
Step 1
Sweat off in butter; carrots, onions, celery, broccoli, garlic, sage.
Once veges are done in pan, add chicken stock and simmer 15 minutes.
Puree and strain , then add cream, season with salt, pepper, tobasco, Worcestershire sauce.
