Ingredients
- Cream together:
- Combine: 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Set aside.
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 5 mashed over-ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup nuts or raisins ( optional )

Step 1
Stir banana mixture into flour mixture just until moistened. Pour into greased (9-5) loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes (until a tooth pick inserted into center comes out clean). Cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn out onto wire rack.
