Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • Pinch garlic powder
  • Pinch pepper
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke

Preparation

Step 1

Brown chops on each side. Drain off fat. Season meat with salt, paprika, garlic powder and pepper.
Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover and simmer about one hour, turning meat at least once. Add sliced mushrooms last 10 minutes of cooking time.
