Ingredients
- 1 Lb headless shell on shrimp
- 1 Qt water
- 1 Beer
- 1 Lemon cut
- 1 Stalk celery - diced
- 1 Small onion - cut up
- 1 Bay leaf
- Tobasco

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except shrimp in large pot, bring to boil, add shrimp & cover. Return to boil & simmer 3-4 minutes or til shrimp is pink. Let stand 3-4 minutes off of heat. Remove shrimp from liquid, cool promptly w/cold running water.
