Ingredients
- 1 pound honey roasted turkey breast
- 2 firm bananas, peeled and cut into quarters
- 8 pineapple chunks
- 1 large green or red bell pepper, cut into 8 pieces
- 8 pitted dates
- Glaze
- 1/2 cup apple jelly
- 1 Tbs Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce

Cooking time 20mins
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut turkey into 1 in cubes
2. Alternating turkey, fruit and pepper on 4 large skewers
3. Combine glaze ingredients and brush kabobs generously
4. Broil about 4 inches from heat for 10 min, turning and brushing with remaining glaze halfway through heating
Charcoal Grill
1. Prepare kabobs as above
2. Place skewers on grill and cover
3. Grill about 10 min, turning occasionally and brushing with glaze
