Carrots - Morrocan

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs carrots
- 3 tblsp EVOO
- 3 -4 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 tblsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tblsp fresh parsley
- 2 tblsp fresh mint
- 1 tsp harissa
- 3/4 tsp of each: cumin, cinnamon, paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Chop carrots into bite-size pieces - place in cold water & bring water to boil - cook 2-3 min. Cook until tender
Immediately drain & cover with cold water
Saute garlic in oil - 2/3 min.
Remove garlic & add harissa
Stir to mix - add to carrots -
Add seasonsong to mix
