Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 8 oz mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill

Preparation
Step 1
Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper. Brush fillet with mixture and grill approximately 7 min. Turn to skin side and cook approx 10 min.
